The Pensioner

Florist

The daughter was round first thing with her pruning shears, so I rigged up a table on Robbie’s old workmate and she set to, creating an arrangement for the box. That floristry course she did all those years ago still comes in handy.
Once completed we took it off to Dunbar’s up at Colinton Road along with the order of service. And there I was able to sit awhile with the lad and say my farewells.
Back to find a shed load of photos sent over via Ivan’s dropbox. Gawd, they had some good times. I spent a bit of time incorporating a few into the film before the three of us took a stroll out the breakwater. They were fairly hauling the mackerel in.
