Fell Foot

Back  in Cumbria the Monday swimmers have gone upto Gurnal Dubs. But my leg which is still causing problems ( thats 2 months now!) will not let me climb up there without a lot of pain.  Took myself to Fell Foot instead. 500m swim in 20º C water- that felt very warm after 14º sea in Shetland. Wandered round to find a different  view from normal

I was going to take the leg to the minor injuries unit in Kendal  but was put off by the Resident doctors strike so made a GP appointment instead - for next week!
