Found things

Too hot for outside 7pm and it is 96F with a heat index of 116F. I will be going outside about 8:30 to give my flowers another drink of water. They are still trying to live.

Many years ago when step aerobics was booming I joined a local gym that catered only to women. I found this bag during a clean out of a little used drawer that bears the name of the gym. There’s a song about Carolina girls from way back also. It keeps playing in my head.

I used to be good at aerobic exercise. Now I can do that chair stuff!!

Just keep moving!!
