BIrthday Boy...

 ...the man, not the dog. Happy Birthday, John. You are a good father, a good husband and you have a good and generous heart.  I posted this as an extra last week, but I think it deserves center stage.

Our 'Group of Six' is getting together this afternoon because Bob and John have birthdays within three days of each other and we thought we'd celebrate them both today which is John's actual birthday. Personality-wise, they are chalk and cheese but they're great friends. The same could be said for all of us. We genuinely enjoy each others' company and talk about it often. 

Because of advancing age and early bedtimes, we are looking forward to gathering early.
