Greater Bird's-foot Trefoil ( Lotus pedunculatus )
A hectic day prepping the Lodge. My first job was to mow the parts of the lawn we still mow. The rest is given over to a developing wild flower meadow. The rest of the prepping went as normal apart from the fact we somehow were a set of towels short. So I had to nip back after we got home to take them.
This Greater "Bird's-foot Trefoil is currently providing a splash of colour having developed into a large clump. The Rattle, also known as "the meadow maker" has grown into a couple of large clumps. So I went round gathering a few seed heads and scattering the seed at other points round the banks.
