Well what an unexpected surprise.  We were booked in for some tuition on how to use our Miele Speed Oven and were very excited when we found out on arrival that we would be served a delicious lunch as well.  A wonderful main of Potato Bake with grilled Salmon was followed up by an amazing Pear Sponge with Mascarpone.  It was an incredibly entertaining and informative session and our head chef Karen was fantastic.  Can’t wait to put the apron on and get into some exciting recipes.  The Miele Experience Centre based in Claremont run classes on how to use all of their products.  It’s so exciting in this day and age of the internet to be able to get a real human and a lovely one at that to show you how to use their incredible products :)
