Backblip because tired

Thursday was hectic and brain meltingly tiring.  I did make a lot of progress with the vaguely scientific-economics paper I've been writing, but ended up giving myself a crashing headache by finishing time.

While the meds took their time to work I very carefully unwrapped a parcel from muggy Mancunia, a lovely maxi-dress that bestie Ms BikerBabe decided was a little too long for her and would look better on someone taller.  Ooh, pick me!  Pick me! :-)  Well, thank you gal, it's a super fit. :-)

While the meds took a little bit longer to work I wandered slowly to the shops to find something for tea, had a slow wander home again.  For the evening, little M came visiting along with my big blue boy P, and they settled into their respective places and were quickly fast asleep.  Bestie was out on a walk, similarly in need of fresh air, so I phoned for a nice wee catch up.
