Russia’s second largest airport, Domodedovo Airport, is on the verge of bankruptcy. The total debt is nearly 70 billion rubles. One of the causes is a decline in passenger traffic. Due to sanctions maintenance costs hve increased by 38%. Half of Russia’s Airbus fleet is no longer operational. In 2025 Russian airports have suspended operations 455 times. 

The Czech plan to have countries band together to buy ammunition for Ukraine seems to be doing well. “So far this year, contributions have risen by 29% compared with the whole of 2024, he said without giving concrete sums, adding that countries raising their contributions included Canada, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Netherlands and Denmark.”
