Here we go again….

All go today.
The shearing gang were back in this morning to clip the hill blackies next door.
I managed to find enough other jobs here to keep me out the way. Started to dismantle the shearing shed here as they finished the blackies here yesterday. I need to get the shed cleared so we can bring in cows and calves to wean next week as they are due to start calving soon.
I headed off after lunch to bale winter barley straw at one of the arable farms we get straw off. It’s a bit earlier this year .
Had it done and home by 5 pm so did some more dismantling until I got fed up and went for my tea. Took the dogs a walk when Mrs F and Littlemiss arrived home. Was getting farmer envy as could see next door farm cutting their winter barley ( even though we don’t have any this year). Can’t bear to see anyone working when I’m not…..
