Tractor Tuesday….

One man and his dogs went to mow a meadow…..
Headed off next door with my terrier co pilots and made a start mowing the end rigs of one of the grass fields this afternoon. Took plenty of pain killers before I started so wasn’t brilliant , but not too bad. It’s nearly August and we have no silage bales made yet . The weather has turned catchy this last week , but as my dad used to say “ you can’t do anything with it until it’s cut”
Hoping to be shearing sheep tomorrow if the herd gets them shut in dry tonight. Was supposed to have been today but yesterday was too wet to shut them in and you can’t clip wet sheep.
