I felt like I’d been in the oven by the time I got home. I’d only been to the shops for milk.

Fell asleep for over an hour after lunch and it took another hour to wake up fully. Then a phone call to my car insurance company as I hadn’t received my renewal quote.

An easy tea and a tv evening ahead . . . if there’s anything worth watching.
