Immersive

A day off today for the last of Louisa's birthday days out. Today was a trip to Liverpool for the Immersive Van Gogh experience at the Exhibition Centre. It was a very impressive show seeing paintings come to life (catching the portraits blinking was odd) and being inside them*. It also gave some insight into the evolution of his painting, from dull to vibrant colour. 

Once we were done there we went a bit touristy with a visit to the Albert Dock for coffee and a browse, weirdly finding out way to the same coffee shop we went to last time we visited.
It was lovely to spend a bit of relaxed time together*.
