Full Steam Ahead

Lots of it!

A late start at Aber Cafe today.  Boy they had been busy this morning before I got there!   You know it's been busy when the stacks of clean crockery are almost exhausted.   Things were eventually restored to normal but the afternoon remained busy and all the travellers were fed and watered even if at times the choice was less than usual.   My turn took me into the evening as there was a special train for volunteers involved in the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum which is based at Wharf station.   They all enjoyed the buffet laid on for them and I stayed on to clear and clean up afterwards.  Here their train blasts away towards Nant Gwernol.

Afterwards I popped to pottery on my way home to pick up some pieces that came out of the kiln today.   All look good, I'm saving the Green Man blip for another day :-)
