Cleared To Land

No more whinging and whining about my lack of membership benefits as all the issues are fixed and I am a full member once more! Woo!

Today was a rather uneventful Woden's Day, with only a trip to the library on the cards. New novel in my bag, I headed up to Lancaster Canal for my photowalk.

Lots of drones (the bee variety, not the flying camera type) and hoverflies and butterflies everywhere, and even a horde of dragonflies.
Alas, manual lenses and a viewfinder-less camera means I am rarely fast enough to capture the latter two, as they've usually moved on by the time I've focused. But I got a fair few bees, and hoverflies.

The main blip was the one I really like though. It's similar to a pic of a marmalade I took last week (in one of my extras, I think) and I am discovering that I actually prefer the landing shots of these cute little bugs.
