Paper Recycling; Leslie Röd

A cloudy start to the day, but the sunshine came through again, bringing a lovely 22-23⁰c.  Clouded over again, remaining warm.  Fairly calm all day.

Another day working with Philip and Ally.  Business general waste first thing around Lerwick, then residential paper recycling in the crescents, moving to Scalloway after break.  The public are keeping us hydrated, with tins of juice and ice-creams, such lovely people.  My essykert tan is fairly coming at now.  Working in the shop this evening, quieter than usual.  Walkies, then feet up for the night.

It wasn't an overly busy day as far as tonnage on the essykert, but paper waste is slightly slower, due to everything in wheelie bins, and the cardboard sticks when it's been jammed in.  Thankfully I did manage a photo just as the skies started to clear, although it's not a very exciting photo.  Used to be many a party on this street when I was younger in my 20s.  Wheelie bins lining Leslie Road, Lerwick.
