They're Lilies

I was going to save these for Flower Friday but we've been to the cinema this afternoon (Jurassic World: Rebirth; good fun and better than some of the earlier ones) and I didn't have a photo to blip.

The lilies are doing really well this year; these are the first three to come out but there are another eight buds which should be out soon; that's about twice as many as we've had before.  If they're all out by Friday I may get another blip out of them!

And in other news, I chuckled at a bumper sticker I saw on the vehicle in front of me today.  It said "Ever wondered if there's life after death?  Touch my truck and find out."
