Big Licks

The Burley Bunch are up for a couple of days and we've had them working hard. Yesterday morning the loft got emptied - now the contents are in the garage awaiting their fate.

We thought they (the family, not the junk) deserved ice-cream for their efforts and after a tour of Kelso in search of an ice-cream shop that was open, we ended up at Harestanes. Neither of the girls mentioned going  to the play ground ... I guess that's the end of an era (they are 12 and 15 now).
