An apple a day, keeps the Jackdaw away.

Off to Cowbridge this morning, and although I didn't  get any bargains, I had a good morning. I had my usual flat white in Waitrose and a slice of cappuccino cake.  ( still only £1.50.)J was early, and arrived just as I finished my coffee, so he did the shopping with me, which took twice as long:-)
