Goth hollyhock

One of the things I like about the garden at Charleston is that it’s a walled garden and the planting is very tall.  This one is windy so things get a bit flattened but this year I decided to give hollyhocks a go.  The woman’s face is from Charleston, the black hollyhock is from a mail order. I also got some white doubles… I love this

Came back to quite a busy day, mainly zooms on the new show but one of the big Element general zooms.  I had a zoom meeting with a director set up but we keep missing each other.  I think we’re both doing his agent a favour. 

Watched a couple of episodes of the new Lena Dunham Too Much on Netflix.  It’s had mixed reviews but we rather enjoyed it…Will Sharpe is so versatile and appealing.  I did think that the most old fashioned thing about it was that they met cute in a pub.  I thought that never happened?
