Mono Monday: Week 600 ...
... a walk in the Wood(s).
After a slow morning we had a very busy afternoon! First by going back to Jacobsburg SP to hopefully get better pictures of the hummingbird clearwing moths we saw yesterday. No such luck.
We spent a little while at the native garden watching for them and then took a lovely walk in the woods along the Henry's Woods trail. As we were coming out of the woods I saw this father/daughter pair walking across the wooden bridge. Blip done. Please have a look full screen.
Thanks to JacZero for hosting Mono Monday this month.
After our walk we drove to the Plainfield Fairgrounds as I wanted to drop off some photos I'm entering in the fair. You are allowed four photos ... and that's what I've done. All the photos entered are past blips so if I've win any ribbons I'll point them out. We are attending the fair on Thursday so I'll know by then. Wish me luck.
And as if that wasn't all enough to do today ... on the way home we stopped at the store AND at the car dealership to pick up our other vehicle that was having it's annual state inspection!
My Fitbit has registered over 12,000 steps for me today ... no wonder I'm knackered!
Three sleeps ...
