If wood could sing

The theme for MonoMonday is wood. When I saw this pattern in a board on the woodshed, I thought it looked like a singer.  And who knows - maybe wood can sing and we're just not tuned into the right receiver! I often look at the patterns in boards and in wood in general. 
An option for the theme in the extra, one of G's stacks of firewood drying before he moves it into the shed.
