I had books in the car to take the the local Oxfam shop if it was open and if it was accepting donations. Success on both. Then to Tesco for two large bottles of milk to last a week. They weren’t well dated so I came out with a smaller milk and a bunch of sunflowers.

I tried a few photos but this one of the former NatWest bank was best though perhaps least interesting.  The cash machine remains. It was unoccupied for years after it closed then turned into a restaurant for a while before the cafe/bar the board says it is now. The building never fitted in with surrounding properties  (in my opinion) and I’d say all the signs have made it worse.
