Winter...

I was standing on the sand at Kaiteriteri Beach and looking towards Little Kaiteriteri Beach to capture this scene.

The golden sand and blue water was sparkling in the warm winter sunshine. It was very quiet and peaceful too.

We loved this perfect weather at a local beach which is extremely popular with locals and visitors over the hot summer months. At this time of the year it is a pleasure to spending leisurely time here. 

There is also a walk through native bush between the holiday park to Martin Road - with fungi to photograph along the way. I have included an interesting one in extras today showing the ‘teeth’ it produces.
