What will happen?

I must admit that I have a fascination with this wall, you have seen it before over the years.  Several things interest me about this view.  As a whole it is a view that has not really changed over the decades.  But the Chinese Take-Away has not served a Chow Mein for many a year.  The appearance of deterioration grows and one wonders what will happen to this building.  I have been told that recently ownership has changed hands, so we will wait to see what happens!
