Footloose in Fishguard

We took the girls to a play village where they were able to amuse themselves in 'rooms' representing the rich variety of adult life, viz. a kitchen, a shop, a beauty salon, a garden, a workshop and a doctor's surgery. It was a pleasant and peaceful way to spend an hour or so.

After a vigorous activity session in the park we repaired to the seafront where a re-enactment of the 1797  engagement with a French landing force was accompanied by some ear-splitting bangs.

We overbought on chips but managed to give one box away.
