A 500

I got this at the library and as it was only 500 pieces knew I’d fly through it as it’s not that hard a picture.

Finished it today just in time before C, D and E arrive tomorrow on their way up to Aberdeen for the Tall Ships.

Had my weights circuits class then quick change and up to Dobbies to meet S and make use of the two free coffees/teas per month. He had Saffy and Lucca and we sat outside in the sun which was very pleasant. We had a cherry scone and jam between us, not being mean just prefer a share before lunch (and less calories).

What another lovely day, not too hot. I bought a Dalia plant in the sale and hope to bring it on. My grandpa used to grow them every year waaaay back in Blackford days. But then he was a gardener when a young lad at Errol Park Estate in the early 1900s.

I’ve had a lot of success with my mini sunflowers this year after planting them in individual pots. And a big group in ceramic pot with lilies. Usually they get eaten with the dreaded S’s (I detest that word). Also big success with love in a mist, also grown from seed in a tray and then planted out into pots with other plants. They have just started to bloom. I get a lot of satisfaction seeing these burst into flower.

A quiet evening doing not much!
