Run!

She’s not a massive fan of exercise for the sake of exercise. However about 12 weeks ago she entered the Durham City 5k on a whim, not having run at all since primary school, and mainly so she could acquire a medal. 12 weeks of trailing around the fields and roads paid off today when she ran in her first proper ‘race’ - a sunny 24°, and a LOT of hills. Oh and tomorrow is the first day of our summer holidays! A very lovely day.
