Wednesday

BP first with a new instructor - okish - but prefer the normal lady.  I had ten minutes before the class started and was chatting to lady who looked 'sad' - asked how she was and she said she felt 'old'.  I know the feeling - everything aches and I get more tired than I used to.  She was telling me about arthritis in her hand and recommended turmeric oil - said it works wonders.  My hand has been hurting recently, maybe too much hand sewing or painting shed so decided to order some and see if it is the miracule cure that she said it is?

Home for a bit of weeding, pottering while OH and painter got on with more painting.  Appointment for eyebrows at 4.00 then easy dinner.
