Crab apple tree

absolutely full of apples, this is just one branch, they are all the same.
Amazing to think a couple of years ago when they cut the sycamore tree back again and all my trees so the neighbour could put up a new fence, that they cut my crab apple and spring cherry tree down to about 3 inches. They didn't need to they were not in the way.
Anyhow I noticed shoots coming from the stumps and hoped the crab apple one was above the graft, it was and this year has produced lots and lots of apples. Looks like crab apple jelly making will soon be in progress.
Hope the cherry flowers next spring.

A coolish start today after the rain, but came out warm again later, I did manage to get rid of a lot of weeds that were growing in the wrong place.

sounds like the warm days are back till the weekend then rain is forecast sat and sun.
