Wednesday: Anemone Japonica …
… Broad Bean flowers, Cow Parsley and an Ox Eye Daisy which is very popular with some small flies :-))
Lots of Red Admiral butterflies around today, it was all about the cabbage white butterflies yesterday!
Cut back Cranesbills, Malvas and other early flowering plants in the hope of a “second flush” of late flowers, I scattered seeds from the cuttings onto the soil near the new wall - if the birds don’t eat them they may make new plants, I’m happy with either option :-)
Feel as if I’ve finally turned a corner with my ankles/insteps problem - wore my “gardening boots” with insoles for a few hours with no painful after effects :-)
I’ve added a “panorama” of the pots of flowers along the front wall as a record of what’s currently in flower, it’s possible that I’ll revisit these summer Blips in the depths of winter to cheer myself up on any grey days …
Started watching a film starring Jason Statham “The Expendables 4” last night and watched the remainder this evening - he’s my hero! :-))
Loads of love and hugs to all my family / Cariad Mawr
Nos da pawb / Goodnight all XXXX XXX XX
