Scaring the crows in St Dogs
There's a scarecrow festival on in son's village so I captured the ones I passed - no doubt there are more.
These two represent Emma the miller (or perhaps her mother as Emma's nothing like this in real life) with beautfully handstitched accoutrements, and popular local historian Glen Johnson complete with the BEM medal he was awarded in the recent Honours List (it's a foil lid.)
In temporary extras: a Lifeboat man relaxing "After the Shout", two kids selling crabs on the old school wall (the Hiutt Denim T shirt is an in-joke: the highly priced jeans manufacturer is based locally); Dogs Welcome at the village shop, the rest I'm not sure about.
