Butterflies and Bees

Oh my goodness, it's hotter than ever today and I've felt good for nothing, but did go to view Mr HB's DiL's latest venture of a Tea Room in our town. She already has an established and very successful long-running cafe/restaurant which she will give up next year, and will then operate the tea room as a slowing down time to retirement The tea room is really lovely and G has once again put her magic touch into the interior decor which is very elegant and modern.  

Then off to the Optician for my annual eye test, all ok except that I will really have to resort to prescription reading glasses this time.

Plenty of exciting tennis to watch before Hannah came to give me a fairly firm sports-like massage and she found lots of knots to iron out, I know I'll be very stiff tomorrow. She said I'd sleep well, but I doubt it in this heat.
