Painshill Park

Today was my birthday and I can now say I'm officially a Senior Citizen. To celebrate, I used my bus pass for a trip into Kingston! Had lunch by the river at Browns. There was some shade so it was very pleasant. 
In the evening my friend M and I went to an outdoor concert at Painshill Park - a Duran Duran tribute. They were good and the atmosphere and weather made it a lovely evening. The extra is the view away from the stage towards one of Painshill's Follies - the Gothic Tower.
A great day - so great that I had a senior moment and forgot to post a Blip.
