Fungi With Spider

We have had big, loud, and furious storms every night for the past several days. Now we have lots of mushrooms growing in the grass and around the trees. I don’t know the type of fungi this is. It is about 5” (12.7 cm) and has a soft red hue underneath. 
This is a focus stack taken just as the rain started this afternoon.
