Shibashi heddiw. Gofynnodd yr athrawes i ni ymarfer Shibashi heb ddilyn hi. Roedd rhaid i ni wneud yr ymarferodd ar ein pen ein hunain. Roedd hi'n sialens. Rydw i'n gwybod rhai o ddilyniannau ond heb y cysylltiadau rhyngddynt. Mae rhaid i mi ymarfer ar fy mhen fy hunan cyn yr wythnos nesa.

Aethon ni i Iechyd Da ac roeddwn i'n siarad â'r cynorthwyydd yno am fy syndod hapus bod tri deg y cant o bobl yn yr Eglwys Newydd yn gallu siarad Cymraeg . Dwedodd hi fod mwy fel chwe deg y cant o'r bobl sy ymweld y siop. Mae'n fel magnet i siaradwyr Gymraeg.

Aethon ni i siopau elusen. Ffeindiodd Nor'dzin dau ddarn o ddefnydd i fi gwneud mwy o grysau.

Ond yn gyntaf, rydw i'n gwneud rhywbeth yn fwy syml - llenni. Rydyn ni'n gwisgo sgertiau gwyn fel rhan o'n gwisgoedd Bwdhaidd a hyd yn oed pan maen nhw'n hen dydyn ni ddim yn eu taflu i ffwrdd. Shibashi today. The teacher asked us to practice Shibashi without following her. We had to do the exercises on our own. It was a challenge. I know some sequences but not the links between them. I have to practice on my own before next week.

We went to Iechyd Da and I was talking to the assistant there about my happy surprise that thirty percent of people in New Church can speak Welsh. She said that it’s more like sixty percent of the people who visit the shop. It is like a magnet for Welsh speakers.

We went to charity shops. Nor'dzin found two pieces of material for me to make more shirts.

But first, I'm making something more simple - curtains. We wear white skirts as part of our Buddhist robes and even when they are old we don't throw them away. We try to do something else with them. In this case, curtains. So, starting with a shaped skirt, I'm trying to find a rectangle of material to make into a curtain. Then it will be good practice for hemming...
