Ladybird inspects Mr hazelh's laptop

I have enjoyed the luxury of a whole day of gardening. 

I worked on the beds closest to the house: the flowerbed in front of the spare bedroom window; the herb garden outside the guest bathroom window; and the vegetable patch next to our bedroom window. Then I 'weeded' the patio. 

I also gave the bird feeders a thorough clean and refilled them, as well as tidied up the 'business' end of the garden, where we keep the water butt, a big storage box, and a large compost tumbler. I found our big Daddy Frog sleeping in his usual hidey place in the corner.

This morning Mr hazelh joined me outside in the sunshine. While he was working on his latest play, a ladybird came to take a look at the script (blipped).

Exercise today: gardening.
