A heart attack with no pain
Yes folks I had a heart attack and did not know it. But tests at the hospital later confirmed it.
Five minutes of heavier breathing and chest fibrilations and then Iwent to sleep. But by Sunday I suspected something had happened.
Monday we went to our village Health Centre and they sent us to theTreatment Centre at the Westmorland General Hospital in Kendal.
More tests then sent by ambulance to Lancaster Royal Infirmary. Stayed there 3 nights then on Thursday morning ambulance ride to the North West Regional Heart Treatment Centre at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Thursday afternoon had an angiogram and a stent installed in an almost blocked artery. Job done. Sent home on Friday.  All for free ! Well done NHS.
