WE KNOW WE ARE A DAY LATE - WHICH IS QUITE SILLY!

Hello Lovely Blippers especially those Blip friends in the US

We know we are a day late for the 4th July Independence Day celebrations, which is a bit silly, but we wanted to mark the occasion.

We looked in the cupboard under the stairs and found lots of flags and after we had put them all out, Mrs. HCB was dismayed to find that there were also some Union Jacks as well as American flags.  Undeterred, we decided that as the flags were the same colours, we would leave them.  How very silly of us, but we think it would have made Admirer giggle to see us all in amongst the flags.

You can see that Baby Jay, who is from Kansas is in front of Leighton, and we are all being very patriotic and waving our flags.

You will also see that we have something called Peanut Butter Better Cups with a Peanut Butter shell and a creamy Peanut Butter Centre - you might like to know that Mrs. HCB borrowed these from the Community Fridge on Thursday.  She did ask Heather, the Head Honcho, first in case you think she just took them.  However, we are not sure that all of them will go back there next week because some of us have tasted them and they are DELISHUS!  However, Mr. HCB was not impressed, because he hates peanut butter, but we will need to make sure that Mrs. HCB doesn’t eat too many, because she loves it.

We hope all our American friends had a great day yesterday and wanted them to know we were thinking of them.  

All that remains now is to remind you all to BE KIND!  Even if people eat different things, like different things and even DO different things, we need to respect that and try to get along with everyone.

P.S.  Would you believe the HCBs are going to visit friends for a Barbeque this afternoon and it's raining!!  We're sure they will make the best of it though.
