How is it so hard to find a decent running photo of me and then Owen gets this from sports day?!

We spent a lovely morning at Owen's sports day, slowly making our way around the field to watch the various events, water balloon over-and-under, standing long jump, egg and spoon race, sack race, and sprint...and we have a champion egg and spoon racer, you can see the sticker proudly on his chest! 

Owen -and me- was a bit put out that neither Louisa or me could do the parent's races because we're both injured.

Then it was back to work because I had an appointment with some mini Cheddars and a penguin, aka a blood donors appointment, and we had not one but two people leaving today. One for a job in Salford and the other just for 12 months for a job as a mum.
