Newcastle United garden gate

Success! 

After another day of criss-crossing Newcastle, my not-so-little sister and I have finally found a care home place that is suitable for Mummy hazelh. The new accommodation is not at our second choice care home, but at its sister site a little further north. The manager at the second choice home helped us make the arrangements for the placement. If all goes to plan, we will help Mummy hazelh move next Thursday.

My sisters and I also had an excellent discussion with Mummy hazelh's GP this morning, with my middle sister joining in over the speaker phone in the doctor's office.

I spent a couple of hours with Mummy hazelh in between the care home visits. She was in quite good spirits today.

I asked my sister to stop the car so that I could photograph this garden gate. There must be a superfan behind it.

Exercise today: walking (13,848 steps).
