The Next Generation

The three small mushrooms in the center of the stump I blipped a few days ago got big and now have spawned the next generation safely tucked underneath.  It appears some cousins have joined the family too in the back!  They look soft and fuzzy, but they are as hard as rocks. They are a type of shelf or bracket mushroom.  It always amazes me the variety of mushrooms that appear on this old stump. Another warm day.
