Rush hour

Weatherwise: A perfect day. In the morning a 6 mile hike round the headland for D&K, and a shorter explore for me on the coast path near our caravan site.

Healthwise: not so good for Mr. HB who had a shocking night with raging sciatic back pain. Another trip to Holyhead for medical supplies. Deep Heat gel and patches and a top-up of the anti-inflams etc. He spent a quite afternoon and was much improved by early evening when we all went out for dinner at the White Eagle, 6 miles away in Rhoscolyn. A lovely restaurant overlooking the sea and our meals were delicious.
