All in a Day's Work

While heading to west Edmonton I was delayed by a traffic accident. The wait was long enough for me to take a couple of shots through the windshield with my phone camera. I noticed how the first responders were making sure the crash victims were looked after - all in a day's work for them. When we were allowed to proceed, I could see a flipped vehicle and a crunched smaller car in the rear view mirror. Obviously there was no way to get that shot without being in an accident myself!
