Southern Coast

Today we visited some art galleries in St Aubin as Jill was looking for a particular type of painting of La Corbière Lighthouse. Sadly, she didn't find what she wanted so the search will continue - on our next visit.
We then visited a few of the Headlands and Bays. The views were very dramatic despite a change in the weather.
The main blip is La Tour de Vinde - Noirmont Tower. It is a Martello Tower that the British built between 1808 and 1810 to command the approaches to St Aubin's Bay.
The extra is Beauport Bay. The sun had come out by this stage and we saw a group of (trainee?) canoeists paddling around the rocks.
