Thanks to JDO for hosting Tiny Tuesday. It’s rare for my photo and a theme to coincide. The stars aligned today.

Another scorchio day, perhaps 35c. We managed a walk this morning into town mostly along shady footpaths and the river bank. Susan didn’t get any of the items in her list and I was only 50% successful.

We ducked in and out of air conditioned shops to get some respite. I think that a bad move as just as you’re adjusting to one you go to the other.

Walking back along the riverbank we notice how clear the water was. The Medway is often the Mudway , not today. Very little flow meant no sediment being swirled around. Then we spotted enormous shoals of tiny fish.

I didn’t think the shot would work. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if it does. Rather minimalist.

Sweated at tasks this afternoon which needed doing despite the heat.
