Hot!

Not sure if it was a good or bad day for jamming - very hot but it’s hot storing the jam pan anyway! But the fruit is ready so it just has to be done.
This is blackcurrant curd just before transfer into jars. I’ve boiled up more black currants which I’ll strain overnight ready to make jelly in the morning. I’ve also baked some scones so the curd can be tested.
