This fine fella is Tiny Iommi, and he's searching for his lost friend: Titchie Blackmore.
Quite fortunate that I came across the bloke on a Tuesday, which allows me to join in with the Tiny Tuesday challenge.
I may have spotted him searching in the jungle too (see extra).
