Pelicans

I decided to walk over to the lake this morning.. all of a 30 second walk, to see if there were pelicans. Boy were there. At least 40 of them were paddling around. It was a good start to the day.
Another fun day at garden camp. I weeded the thistles out of the area where we will plant the blackberries. Our big project was making cement stepping stones. We put the cement in Vaselined plastic plant trays. The kids got to decorate them with tiles. They should be cured in a couple days. We will have lots of decorating to do soon.
