Owwww!

Do you think painkillers have calories in them? I sure hope not otherwise they'll have been most of my calorific intake for the day.

Yesterday I was trying to get my washing machine back into its space under the counter and it wasn't being overly cooperative. Because my kitchen's so crap, the work top doesn't meet the wall at the back so I was trying to lift it out of the way of the washing machine when, TWANG, I felt my lower back spasm.

It does that from time to time and boy, does it hurt!
