Blue Tit

I tried out my 200mm lens with 2x converter on some of our garden birds today and even though the light was quite low, I was able to shoot at 400 or 800 ISO hand held. I did get one or two shots of birds flying away from the bird feeder but they were not quite sharp enough and I feel that I need to bump up the speed to do this. On a good bright day it should be possible to do this, always assuming that I can follow their flight fast enough.

I chose this juvenile blue tit to share with you as my blip as it was a bit more colourful that the other birds I saw today.
